Old Post:Numi Organic Rooibos Tea

This is an old blog post from 2014, I really liked my pictures in this one and I still love this tea -though Numi's Jasmine Green is my new favorite. Enjoy and God Bless :) --- Numi Organic Rooibos Tea 4/21/2014 I LOVE Rooibos Tea and this brand is my FAVORITE. I have tried other brands and they don’t taste quite as good as the Numi brand. Rooibos Tea or Red Bush Tea is indigenous to South Africa. It smells great and has a mildly sweet taste with vanilla undertones Not only does this tea taste great, it is full of polyphenols (antioxidants) which make it great for the body. Rooibos tea contains many minerals that are essential to health such as magnesium, calcium, manganese and iron. This tea is said to help relieve stomach issues, improve circulation, improve skin conditions when used topically, and protect against degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
